This tertiary center provides the productive units of the Forlì-Cesena industrial district with a wide variety of services. In the sprawled and non-hierarchical context of a semi-rural territory this intervention is aimed at establishing a center for functional coordination, but first of all a foundation act of some material clarity. A quadrilateral place, contained by high arcades on solid brick pillars, organizes the volumes set at the sides in a sequence of exedras. A 22 story tower, composed of a glazed segment stacked on top of an equivalent masonry one, sets a manifest land-mark over the flatness of the uniform rural grid traced in remote roman times.
